MEHC has vast experience performing IAQ assessments for commercial, educational, institutional residential and industrial properties. Assessments include designing sampling protocol and conducting sampling. Sampling includes fungi (mold), lead, particulates, carbon monoxide, volatile organic compounds, and comfort parameters such as temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide. The data is interpreted and recommendations are provided.

Evaluations include walk- through surveys, interviewing employees, air monitoring and source investigation. The results are evaluated and recommendations are made to minimize employee risk to workplace hazards.
